Princess Eugenie could wear a high-neck dress featuring lace detailing on her wedding day tomorrow, according to designer Suzanne Neville.
The British designer predicted the royal bride, 28, could choose an elegant bridal gown with a long train on This Morning, after correctly guessing the style that Meghan chose for her wedding earlier this year.
Suzanne meanwhile suggested maid-of-honour Princess Beatrice would choose a simple white dress, citing Pippa Middleton previously wearing white when she took on the role for the Duchess of Cambridge in 2011.
She also picked out a fitted navy dress for mother-of-the-bride Fergie, explaining how she thought she’d choose a frock that was ‘nipped in at the waist’ to ‘show off her beautiful figure’.

Suzanne noted that Eugenie (above at the UN in New York in July) often opts for high-neck dresses. Erdem (worn by Eugenie in the picture) is currently the frontrunner to design her wedding dress
Speaking about what she thought Eugenie’s wedding dress will look like, Suzanne said: ‘With the neckline, perhaps not this lace, it might be more tradition, but she does like to wear a high neck.
‘I think a V-neck would suit her really well, whether it’s an open V-neck, with a long sleeve.’
She added: ‘It’s nice to have some skin showing it opens up the dress a little.
‘It would be quite nice if she did do something a little bit different. The buttons going right back up into the back of the neck.
Designer Suzanne Neville predicted Princess Beatrice would wear a simple white dress in her role as maid-of-honour
Beatrice, 30, (pictured on a night out in Mayfair earlier this month) often opts for high necklines and more ‘covered up’ looks, Suzanne commented
‘A longer train would be better on the day, perhaps not as long as [Meghan’s].’
Suzanne said she believes Beatrice, 30, will wear a simple white dress in her role as maid-of-honour tomorrow.
‘If you think about it, with Pippa again it was white, and looking back at other royal weddings, the maid-of-honour has been in the same colour,’ she said.
‘I’ve gone with a very simple dress with high neck line. She does normally wear something quite covered up.’
Meanwhile, the bridal designer predicted that the Duchess of York, 58, will wear a fitted navy dress, similar to the one she wore at Prince Harry and Meghan’s wedding in May.
Suzanne believes mother-of-the-bride Sarah Ferguson could pick a fitted dress, that’s ‘nipped in at the waist’
The Duchess of York, 58, wore a similar navy dress during an appearance at Ascot in June (above), and for Prince Harry and Meghan’s wedding at Windsor Castle in May
Who are the favourites to design Princess Eugenie’s wedding dress?
Jenny Packham 5/1
Suzanne Neville 8/1
Alice Temperley 10/1
Ralph and Russo 14/1
Suzanne said: ‘ I really hope that she wears this sort of colour. I thought rather than a dark, dark navy, a light navy.
‘It would look fantastic with her hair colouring. Just showing off her figure beautifully, nipped in at the waist.’
Erdem is the frontrunner to design Eugenie’s wedding dress tomorrow, with British designers Suzannah and Jenny Packham also among the favourites.
Eugenie previously revealed in an interview with British Vogue that her wedding dress designer would be British.
‘I’m not telling anyone who is making it, but I can say it is a British based designer,’ she told the magazine.
‘As soon as we announced the wedding, I knew the designer, and the look, straight away.’
